Top 3 areas = 48% of all volume

Sale & Calc + Payroll alone = 40% of Q2 volume — the commission & payroll engine is still the dominant source. Worklio / Everee integration remains a recurring contributor.

Severity is broken

Industry target: ~5-10% Critical, ~25-35% Low. Our distribution is inverted — CS files everything urgent because there’s no rubric to push back on. CS + Product own the fix.

Top filers

Onyx (75) & Grow (54) dominate — together 21% of all Q2 filings. Long tail across 80+ client orgs.

What changed since last townhall

Inflow cooled — from a 10.2/day peak (mid-Apr) to 4.7/day now; recent fortnights 78 → 81 → 90 → 66. But intake severity didn't improve.

What hasn't changed

Top 3 areas still soak up 48% of volume (Sale & Calc, Payroll, Onboarding). Severity at intake still 73% C/H — no triage rubric in place yet.

What's coming

CS severity-rubric training + PR-link-on-close enforcement to curb mis-triage. Marketplace API validation (M1/M2/M3) continues.
